When will my order be dispatched?
We got you covered! 🏃♀️🏃♀️
Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on any business day (i.e. during the week) will be dispatched and on the way to you that SAME day!
Orders placed after 12pm (AWST) or on a non-business day (i.e. on the weekend) will be dispatched the NEXT business day.
Please note that during some sale periods, dispatch times can vary slightly while we work super hard behind the scenes to get your goodies out to you!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with all your tracking details so you can easily keep an eye on your order.
International customers will also receive an email to manage your delivery options.
Will I be charged duties?
Packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia.
We do our very best to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in other countries.
