Sizing Tips
Fit Guidelines
Our leggings are supposed to be snug, not cutting you in half. If you choose too small a size the fabric will over stretch, which will ruin the beautiful designs that have been carefully placed to emphasize the shape and curve of the body.
If you are between sizes we would suggest sizing up so as to retain the beautiful designs.
Choosing the right waist rise
If you prefer tights that provide full coverage and support, while also flattering your waist, our high & super high waists are the ones for you.
Our mid & low rise waists feel lighter around your midriff for free movement and minimal distraction during your workout.
How to measure
Grab a tape measure, write down the measurements and compare with our size chart for the right size.
Hold the tape horizontally to measure:
- Chest, around the widest part
- Waist, around the narrowest part
- Hip, around the widest part, keeping the feet close together
Hold the tape vertically to measure:
- Inseam, from the crotch to the floor
- Height, from the top of the head to the floor, keeping a straight posture
Choosing the right leg length
Longer lengths provide even more coverage and support, while shorter lengths free your movement for less distractions during your workout.
If your height is 165cm or 5'5" or below, we recommend lengths that are 7/8 or shorter.
