If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Please let our Customer Service team know if you are wanting to exchange these pieces or alternatively, if you would like a 100% store credit or refund to the original payment method. We will process this as soon as your return arrives.
- Unworn with no visible signs of wear or use

- There is No Refund or Exchange on Clearance Items.
- Any discounted items returned - the customer will need to pay for postage of their exchanged items. Please send a self addressed post pack for exchanged items.
- Items not discounted - the customer will pay for the postage to return the items, we will pay for the return postage of exchanged items.

All purchase in December will have time to return until the end of January.

- The return address - ensure you have addressed the package correctly.
- Send a copy of your invoice with the return package.
- If returning discounted items - send a self addressed post pack with the returned items for us to resend exchanged items.
- Email us the tracking number to sales@emotivpeople.com.au this will help in reducing the risk of the package being lost.

What about if the garments are faulty?
As we are an ethical slow fashion brand our products are all cut, sewn and dyed by loving hands, and as humans we sometimes make mistakes! If there has been something that we have missed in our quality control, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number, images of the damage, defect or fault so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. We have a 5-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear or garments that have not been cared for correctly).
When will I get my refund?
Please allow 1-2 business days for our Customer Service team to process your return. Your refund will only be credited back to the original payment method, the refund can take from 5 - 10 days to be returned to your bank. If you have used store credit or gift cards to pay for the full price, we will only reinstate the original amount of store credit. If you have used a store credit or gift cards to pay for part of the price, we will reinstate the original amount of store credit and process the remaining amount as a refund.
Please note that we will not refund any delivery fees or duties and taxes that you have paid at the time of purchase to have your order shipped to you. Our Customer Service team will be in touch to let you know as soon as your refund has been processed.
We will not accept any refunds or exchanges for garments that we believe have not been cared for correctly. Please take time to read the care labl for each product.
